THE STORY OF YWAM BARBADOS

  • To empower youth to be world changers with God.
  • To mobilize and train individuals to go next door or travel the oceans to impact the lives of youth, the poor and needy and those who have never heard the Gospel.
  • To see every local church in Barbados have the opportunity to select and send a missionary from their fellowship to the youth, unreached, and poor & needy of this world.
  • To create a multi- cultural environment that encourages diversity, creativity and personal growth in the Lord.
  • To provide relevant YWAM / University of the Nations training and mentoring courses with opportunities to impact every sector of society.
  • To create houses of prayer that will live stream from Barbados and from each of the Caribbean nations.  This involves raising up worshiping warriors who will worship the King daily and intercede for their nations / region so that we align with the Living God and so that he becomes more manifest in our nations”
  • To promoting, organizing, and helping to lead ministry teams that carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations.
  • To invest in, partner with and or lead all kinds of children & youth initiatives; Kings Kids, Niko Camps, Youth Village camps for local church youth groups, Legacy youth ministries, sports camps, Arts camps, Gym etc.
  • To host ministry teams from other nations that come to serve and to reach our youth.
  • To be involved with “love your neighbor” projects that help the poor, elderly with practical projects; agricultural projects, home repair projects etc.
