I am from St. Lucia, married to a Barbadian and we have one adorable son. I am the Book Keeper, responsible for the ministry’s accounts. I have been working in this position since 2010, and consider myself as being highly motivated and hard working. I am enthusiastic about my job and serving God through my work. My role assists our site to be able toconduct its business and meet all of its commitments, financial, social and spiritual in the manner that God expects of us all.
I am from South Carolina in the USA. In 1988, I completed my Discipleship Training School in Denver, Colorado and my School of Evangelism in 1991 in Honolulu, Hawaii. After completing my SOE, I have worked most of my life performing both manual and administrative duties in the construction field. I dream of seeing thousands of talented career people investing their skills in Missions by doing short term work that leaves a long term impact. My part is to help this dream come true by organizing these skilled team’s field projects and also make provision for them to experience the people and culture in which they serve. I enjoy spending time with the Lord, family and friends. My hobbies include building, reading, photography and walking on the beach.

I am from Barbados and did my Discipleship Training School in Tyler, Texas in 1998. Joining YWAM was one of the best decisions I ever made – it has literally changed my life. I serve on YWAM’s Caribbean Eldership Team and as Assistant Dean in YWAM’s University of the Nations, College of Arts and Sports. I have an adventurous nature, am always ready for a new challenge and have a passion for the arts. I love working with artists, training and mentoring them to be cultural artistic ambassadors for Christ.

We are from Germany, Venezuela, Spain, France, Curacao and mostly from heaven. We speak and sing in a bunch of languages and our dream is that praise and worship will arise from the Caribbean 24/7, because Jesus is worthy!
We are pioneering prayer and worship initiatives in and from all Caribbean nations and we are leading the Discipleship Training School here in YWAM Barbados.
As an international family we love the different flavors and cultures that make up the Caribbean and believe that God wants to use them to show His glory from the islands to the nations!

I was born and raised in Uruguay/Southamerica on a diary farm in the middle of No-where. When I was 18 my family moved to Germany, where amongst other stuff that happened, I did my nursing degree. In 2007 I completed my DTS in Germany and since then have been in and out working with different YWAM projects and as a nurse in between. Through this journey I discovered that I am most satisfied when I can spend time in the prayer room and hang out with Jesus. So yes, I am super excited about prayer rooms. Other than that I love beautiful places, nature, coffee and hanging out with family and/or friends to drink “mate” (a Uruguayan traditional tea).
Was born in Barbados and started a relationship with Jesus at the age of 14. She spent most of her teenage and young adult years serving with groups who, in one way or another, minister to children. She enjoys listening to music, singing and playing the guitar. She completed her DTS in Barbados in 2017 and joined staff there a month later.

They both have a passion for SURFING and want to use it as a tool for salvation by holding annual surf camps, drawing young people from all over the world to encounter Jesus and grow in revelation to who He is. They love to take and train people in surfing and desire to see a fruitful ministry come out of it.
