“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father…” (James 1:17)

We believe that God has given everyone a unique gift to share with the world. Whether you may believe that specific gift is ordinary or great, we believe God can empower you to impact that little child in your neighborhood, a nation, and even an entire generation.

If you have a gift for the arts, sports or just the passion for it, this DTS is specifically designed for you. This school will help you to develop a deeper understanding of how we can integrate our passions as powerful tools of communicating the truth and the beauty of the Gospel. 

An epic outreach opportunity will be available in Barbados and in London for the 2012 Olympics. We will partner with Go 4 Glory, an arts and sports festival alongside YWAM teams and ministries around the world to make a real impact for the Kingdom of God. Making this DTS part of your journey, you will not just learn, but also experience a deepening in your relationship with God and realize that you can be a valuable part of what God is doing in the World.

Lecture Phase

You will have the chance to meet new people and make friends from other nations and cultures, as you learn together in a community that prepares you to "go make disciples of all nations" (Matt. 28:19).

You will also receive intense discipleship that is real and relational alongside teachings that are creative and interactive. This school will start with 3 months of teaching sessions from international speakers with global experience and perspective. Some of the topics will include…

• Missions, Evangelism, & Social Action
• Relationships
• Spiritual Warfare & Gifts
• Studying the Bible: Inductive Method
• Child & Youth Ministry

Outreach Phase (Field Assignment)

After 3 months of lecture phase, your outreach will begin with the opportunity to apply what you have learnt. The first half will be spent with the Kings Kids ministry utilizing sports and arts. Then, your DTS team will head off to England to be part of the 2012 Olympics, collaborating with other Christians to share the LOVE of Christ to the nations. You will be challenged to share what Jesus has done in your life, as there will be many opportunities to see the power of God transforming your life as you reach the lost and hurting in this world.
 
This course is also your gateway of empowerment to continue your spiritual journey, by taking other courses or volunteering at any YWAM base across the globe.
